Tenants Together (Scotland) had there first AGM since the rebranding from Regional Networks on Sat 7th June and was well attended with 31 people online.
Dear colleague,
Tenants Together is supporting a project being undertaken for the Chartered Institute of Housing in Scotland (CIH) about leadership and culture in the Scottish social housing sector. The aim of this is to find out if and how leadership and culture could be improved amongst individuals, organisations and the sector as a whole.
As part of this study, they want to hear from social housing tenants who can comment on these issues and make suggestions for improvement, where appropriate.
Tenants Together thinks it is important for tenants’ experiences of leadership and culture to be heard and would encourage all tenants to complete the short online survey, which you can find at the following link:
Tenants Survey on Leadership and Culture
If you are a staff member at a Social Housing Landlord, we would be grateful if you would pass this link on to your tenants.
The study is being undertaken for CIH by Indigo House, alongside their research partner IBP Strategy and Research, and they are asking that people complete the survey by the closing date of Friday 27th June. It is possible that you may also receive the survey from another tenant organisation; if so, please complete it only once.
If you have any questions about the survey content, then IBP would be happy to help. You can contact Fraser Gilfillan at f.gilfillan@ibp.eu.com, or contact IBP’s offices on 01698 532021 to leave a message.
Our thanks in advance for taking the time to share your experiences on this important issue for the social housing sector.
