Members of Tenants Together attended the TIS (Tenant Information Service) Tenant Participation Summit on Thursday 6th November 2025. The one day event focussed on Tenant Participation, Scrutiny and Engagement Practices. It also featured a live panel session.

Tenants Together SHR (Scottish Housing Regulator) Liaison Group met with the Regulator on the 11th November 2025. The members were introduced to Garry Coutts, Chair of the regulator along with SHR staff. Topics Discussed including Damp and Mould, Emergency/Homeless Housing, Rent Affordability and Rent Consultation process. The group also discussed Tenant Engagement and Communication in a facilitated session.
The TIS (Tenant Information Service) Rent and Affordability event took place in Glasgow on Thursday 4th September 2025. Tenants Together attended the event with a member being part of a panel.
We’re recruiting Tenant Advisors – an exciting opportunity for tenants of social landlords to influence our work and ensure tenant voices are central to our scrutiny of social landlords’ services.
We’re looking for 16 motivated tenants to share their independent and unique perspectives, helping us keep tenants at the heart of what we do.
We’re delighted to partner with the Tenant Information Service (TIS) on this recruitment.
Our sole objective is to safeguard and promote the interests of tenants and service users. To do this effectively, we need to understand what matters most to them. Tenants are a diverse group with different needs and priorities, so we aim to work with as broad a range of people as possible.
We welcome applications from tenants of all backgrounds and experiences with the wide range of services social landlords provide. Together, we’ll ensure these perspectives shape the services delivered across the country.
